All members of the staff were courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. It is clearly evident that everyone cares about the patients and their well being. They were very thorough and want to do the right thing even if it takes a bit longer. It's wonderful to receive such good care.

I would give 5 stars except I would like to know for sure that all the staff is fully vaccinated for COVID-19. Wearing masks and shields and taking temperatures of patients is very important for sure. But, having all the staff fully vaccinated should be a priority.

I have been a dental patient here for years. The service I received in my recent emergency situation was absolutely outstanding. Besides the treatment, the explanation of the treatment and flexibility in meeting a difficult schedule put my mind at ease during highly challenging circumstances.

All of the staff at Bolton Lake Dental is friendly. I would prefer that the computer screen not block the picture window if possible. The trees are a pleasure to look out at even in the wintertime. It’s relaxing for the patient to see which helps to reduce their anxiety. The new building is comfortable and allows lots of natural light in to the room. Best dentist I've ever seen. Dr. Ilies is extremely skilled in using new technology to create precise-fitting, durable and cosmetic crowns on site in only a few hours. At comptitive cost. She's also a delightful person to be with. I recommend her highly!

From the waiting room you can see the treatment area of one of the hygienists. Glass should be frosted to give that patient privacy. Within treatment areas, you can hear the questions and conversations of the areas nearby. This makes it uncomfortable to answer questions ahout perscriptions you take or medical conditions you have when you know you can be heard by strangers who are not hygenist or dentist. It is awkward when you hear the answers and discussions of those questions by patients nearby. Hygenists are extremely professional, gracious, friendly, and do an outstanding job every time I've been to both old and new office. Absolutely outstanding.

First time, new dentist, very pleased. I do think that although there was a lot of necessary initial exams almost two hours in the chair was almost too much. Dentist will propose a plan for me and that makes sense. Looking forward to getting back on track with my dental health after 4 months of chemo.

Excellent work, friendly staff. They are moving up the road to a brand new office soon so that's a huge plus as well.

Dr. Ilies and staff were fantastic. I cracked a filling over the weekend and they had me in on Monday to fix it. Prompt and professional service and A very friendly staff. I highly recommend the office!

I am so blessed to have Dr. Ileis as my dentist. She is a true professional. She also is very kind and non judgemental. I would advise ��you to make the font on the survey larger! Lol

This practice is moving, but in spite of that everything was in good order and the staff was reassuring and professional. Because of the nature of my dental emergency, I was referred elsewhere but Dr. Ilies got me started on antibiotic treatment and her staff set up my endodontic appointment. If I didn't like my dentist so much, I would switch, but I was very glad to receive such great care in a "coverage" situation.

Used to dread going to the dentist (due to childhood torture) but not anymore!!
